Will a 4oz Boston round with a flip-top or sprayer fit?
Standard caps and flip-tops fit; the limit is 4.56" total height. Sprayer or pump tops usually exceed that — order a $4.95 sample to check before a wholesale run.
Do the 8oz Boston round pods use the same layout?
The 8oz pods share the same lane design at a larger scale, cut for the 8oz bottle at 5.5" × 2.36". A 4oz bottle will rattle in an 8oz pod, so match the size.
Which 4oz pod fits a padded mailer?
All of them. The 2- through 5-packs fit a #5 (10.5" × 16") padded mailer; the 6-pack fits too but ships best in an outer carton because of the weight of six filled bottles.
Is there a white or black 4oz pod?
The 4oz line is kraft today. White and black are available on the 5oz pods; tell us at support@hotsaucepod.com if you would use them in 4oz.
