250ML OLIVE OIL BOTTLE SHIPPING BOXES
The 250ml bottle is the retail size for olive oil, balsamic vinegar and finishing oils: tall and narrow, square or round, with a bar-top cork or a pourer cap. Hot sauce pods are cut too short for it. This pod is not: three 10" lanes, each 2" wide and 2" deep, take a 250ml Quadra, Marasca or Dorica lying flat, with corrugated wall on every side of every bottle.
To be upfront, we did not cut a new box for it. It is our 4oz Boston Round 6-Pack Pod, reused without the dividers: leave out the center divider and the end tabs when you fold it and the two-by-three grid becomes three long lanes. That keeps it on the same wholesale tiers and the same stock, so a 3-pack for olive oil costs what a 6-pack for hot sauce does. Ships flat, folds by hand, and goes in an outer carton for shipping.

Which olive oil bottles fit?
Any bottle up to 10" tall and 2" wide, including the cork or pourer. That covers the 250ml Quadra, Marasca and Dorica, the 200ml Eco and most 100ml and 200ml bottles. A 2" base is a snug fit, so if your bottle is right at the line, order a $4.95 sample first. 375ml and 500ml bottles are wider than 2" and do not fit.
Is this the same box as the 4oz 6-pack?
Yes. It is the same blank with the center divider left out, which turns the two-by-three grid into three long lanes. Keep the divider in and it holds six 4oz Boston round bottles again. It ships and prices exactly like the 6-pack.
Can I ship it in a padded mailer?
Three filled 250ml bottles weigh close to 3 lb, so we recommend an outer carton rather than a mailer. The box measures 10.5" × 7.5" × 2.38" and fits a 12" × 9" × 4" carton with room for a layer of paper.
Do you have a 1- or 2-bottle olive oil box?
Not yet. The 3-pack is the first olive oil pod; tell us at support@hotsaucepod.com which bottle and pack count you would use and we will cut for it.
