DETAILS
A #5 padded bubble mailer sized for our shipping boxes. Most customers ship a pod as-is with a label on the lid; the mailer adds a cushioned outer layer for parcel carriers, and it is the layer we recommend for most shipments. Slide the pod inside, peel the self-seal strip and it is ready for the mail.
Size
- Outside 10½" × 16" (including the folded flap); usable inside 10⅜" × 14¾".
- Fits every pod we make, in every bottle size — the 1- through 5-packs, up to the 5oz 5-Pack Carry Pod. Gable gift boxes and the 4oz 6-pack ship best in an outer carton.
Construction
- 3/16" bubble lining inside a 2.4 mil polyolefin film — water-resistant and tear-resistant, about 1.3 oz each.
- Peel-and-stick self-seal strip. No tape. USPS approved.
